MEET NATHAN

What if every farmer had the tools to regenerate their land with what they already have?

That’s the vision that guides my work: building healthy soil, strengthening food systems, and supporting farmer-led solutions that improve livelihoods.

From Conservation
to Regeneration

The Why Behind the Work

Growing up in Canada, I was drawn to agriculture from an early age.

As a young adult, I began working in conservation agriculture across the African continent. But I quickly realized that conserving degraded, lifeless soils wasn’t enough.

What smallholder farmers needed was a practical, scalable solution to rebuild soil health and transform their livelihoods.

A Regenerative Approach

From Soil to Solution

My consulting work centers on green manure/cover crop systems-

simple, high-impact tools to regenerate soil, retain moisture, and improve food security.

I offer tailored services in system design, training, and on-farm strategy development, all grounded in smallholder realities and cultural context.

A Journey Grounded in

Soil and Service

After two formative years in Malawi learning alongside Roland Bunch-
a global leader in regenerative practices-

I launched into consulting to expand the impact.

Today, I work with NGOs and partners to co-create regenerative systems rooted in cultural context, community goals, and long-term viability.

How I Work

with NGOs & Communities

From diagnostics to long-term coaching, I support teams with practical tools and regenerative strategies that work.

  • Assessment & Diagnostics
Full-spectrum evaluations of soil, water flow, and plant vitality — both in-field and lab-based.

  • System Design & Strategy
Custom green manure/cover crop systems, agroforestry layouts, erosion control, and seed planning tailored to climate and culture.

  • Training, Coaching & Evaluation
Hands-on workshops, project-based coaching, and independent assessments to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes.

“Regenerative agriculture is not just about the soil - it’s about restoring dignity, resilience, and opportunity for farming communities.”
