MEET NATHAN
What if every farmer had the tools to regenerate their land with what they already have?
That’s the vision that guides my work: building healthy soil, strengthening food systems, and supporting farmer-led solutions that improve livelihoods.
From Conservation
to Regeneration
The Why Behind the Work
Growing up in Canada, I was drawn to agriculture from an early age.
As a young adult, I began working in conservation agriculture across the African continent. But I quickly realized that conserving degraded, lifeless soils wasn’t enough.
What smallholder farmers needed was a practical, scalable solution to rebuild soil health and transform their livelihoods.
A Regenerative Approach
From Soil to Solution
My consulting work centers on green manure/cover crop systems-
simple, high-impact tools to regenerate soil, retain moisture, and improve food security.
I offer tailored services in system design, training, and on-farm strategy development, all grounded in smallholder realities and cultural context.
A Journey Grounded in
Soil and Service
After two formative years in Malawi learning alongside Roland Bunch-
a global leader in regenerative practices-
I launched into consulting to expand the impact.
Today, I work with NGOs and partners to co-create regenerative systems rooted in cultural context, community goals, and long-term viability.
